At BEAUTIFUL YOUTH CLOTHES LLC, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We understand that there may be instances where you are not entirely happy with your purchase, and we aim to provide a seamless and straightforward return process to address such situations.
Return Eligibility
Acceptable Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.
- All original packaging, including boxes, bags, and any protective materials, must be included.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or a copy of the receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products that have been made specifically to your specifications.
- Gift certificates, as they are considered final sale items once issued.
- Final sale items that are clearly marked as “CLEARANCE” on our website or in the product description.
Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate Return
To start the return process, please send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the item(s) showing their current condition.
- A detailed reason for the return.
Step 2: Get Authorization
We will review your return request and respond within 48 business hours. If your return is approved, you will receive one of the following:
- A prepaid return label for standard items, which will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Self-ship instructions, in which case you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Step 3: Ship Back
Once you have received the return authorization, carefully repackage the item(s) using the original materials to ensure they are protected during transit. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method to avoid any issues with lost or damaged packages.
Refund Process
Inspection
Upon receipt of your returned item(s), we will conduct an inspection within 3 business days. If the item(s) are found to be damaged, used, or not in their original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return. In such cases, we will provide you with photos of the item(s) to explain our decision.
Refund Method
If your return is accepted, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, you may request store credit, which will be issued to your account immediately upon approval of the return.
Important Notes
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless you have received a prepaid return label from us.
- For international returns, any customs fees or duties incurred during the return process are non-refundable.
Exchange Options
For Size/Color Changes
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please send an email to [email protected] with your preferred replacement details. We will confirm the availability of the requested item(s) before processing the exchange. You will then need to return the original item(s) following our standard return procedure.
